The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is always looking to improve and enhance its suite of digital services that allow tax preparers to easily interact with them.
In their efforts to serve you better, they’re testing a new client overview page through Represent a Client for individual accounts. No functionality has changed – this new appearance has been updated to improve your experience. Trying this beta version will allow you to provide the CRA feedback on how they can continue to improve.
How the beta site works
When you log in to Represent a Client, a banner will appear over the current representative overview landing page. You will be able to click the link on the banner to learn more about what the beta is, and to try it. You will have the opportunity to submit feedback at any time throughout your experience, including when you exit out of the beta. There is no limit to the number of times you can submit feedback, and your participation is completely voluntary.
The CRA welcomes your feedback and will consider this important and valuable information as they continue to improve their service offerings.
